West Wales Dementia Conference
A journey through dementia
Tuesday 1st july 2025
Haliwell Centre, Carmarthen, SA31 3EP
The West Wales Regional Partnership Board is excited to invite you to this year’s West Wales Dementia Conference taking place at the Halliwell Centre in Carmarthen on the 1st July 2025.
The West Wales Dementia Conference offers an important opportunity for us to regroup, review, and reflect on the progress made across the region through the Dementia Wellbeing Pathway, as we look ahead to the development of a renewed All Wales Dementia Action Plan, expected in 2026/27.
This full-day event brings together people living with dementia, their unpaid carers, healthcare professionals, and voluntary sector providers from across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire. Together, we’ll share insights, showcase innovations, explore improvements, and acknowledge ongoing challenges. Most importantly, the day is also a chance to recognise and appreciate the hard work, achievements and collaborative efforts that continue to shape and improve dementia care and support in West Wales.
