WWRPB ⎸ Driving Change
Who We Are
The West Wales Regional Partnership Board work together collectively to transform services for adults and children with care and support needs and their unpaid carers, aligned with the Welsh Government’s vision for A Healthier Wales.
The board and its partners help drive forward the development of innovative and integrated health and social care services, by promoting collaboration and integration at a regional level, ensuring that services are co-designed with the people using them and enable them to achieve the outcomes that matter to them.

Our Priorities
Our work is focused on three key areas that drive transformation across health and social care services in West Wales:

Innovation
We support the development and scale of new ideas, approaches and technologies that improve services, respond to changing population needs and make the best use of regional funding. Working with public, private and third sector partners, we help identify, evaluate and share successful initiatives across the region.

Integration
We bring organisations together to develop joined-up health and social care services that are centred around people's needs. Through regional boards, programmes and workstreams, we support collaboration across key areas including children and young people, dementia, learning disabilities, unpaid carers, community services, urgent care, workforce development and capital investment.

Involvement
People and communities are at the heart of everything we do. We work to ensure that individuals with lived experience, carers and local communities have opportunities to influence service design, development and improvement. Through engagement, communication and co-production, we help ensure that services reflect what matters most to the people who use them.
