The West Wales Regional Partnership Board is working with partners to refresh the
West Wales Advocacy Strategy, which sets out the shared vision and priorities for
advocacy services across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire.

We are seeking the views of people who use advocacy services, family members
and carers, professionals, providers, partner organisations and anyone with an
interest in advocacy.

The survey asks about:
1. The proposed priorities for the next Strategy
2. Current experiences of advocacy services
3. Future opportunities, challenges and areas of need

The survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.
