“Many congratulations to the Dementia Wellbeing team for winning the Citizen and Third Sector Choice Award at this year’s West Wales Regional Partnership Board Conference.
To be recognised as the overall winner, especially among a record number of well deserving nominations this year, is fantastic. The award is testament to the innovation, dedication, compassion from all partners involved in making a difference to people living with dementia in care.
This award reflects the positive impact the Regional Dementia Strategy is having and highlights the importance of working in partnership to transform traditional care pathways. It is a privilege to work alongside colleagues who are committed to making a difference in the lives of those living with dementia and their carers.
